Confirmation of Expected Attendance for Spring 2009, Summer 2009 or Fall 2009
MyNIU Student Portal 
Confirm intention to enroll for your 2009 Semester, once you have received an admissions offer, by using the MyNIU procedures .
- Admitted students must confirm intent to enroll for their 2009 Semester at NIU.
- Fall Semester 2009 admitted new students must confirm by May 1, 2009.
- Students who do not notify the admissions office of their intention to enroll may forfeit their seat in the freshman class.
- Confirmations received will be honored on a space available basis.
- There is no confirmation fee required.
- Confirmed Freshman students are invited to attend new Freshman Student Orientation for academic advising and course registration on a priority basis.
- To confirm your intention to enroll:
- Read the instructions on how to Access MyNIU.
- Enter the MyNIU portal, at the bottom of the instruction page by using your AccountID/zID and Password.
- Then, Confirm your intent to enroll on your MYNIU site.
